Recently, I was able to spend a little time on location at Fay Bainbridge park with a lovely family. During the year they teach internationally, but during the summers the retreat to Bainbridge Island. Fay Bainbridge is a favorite spot of theirs, and I totally understand why. This little park is tucked away beyond several little backroads and just full of gorgeous beach, driftwood, and Queen Anne’s Lace.
The kids skipped rocks, climbed on the driftwood and made s’mores. It was a really beautiful evening capped off with one of the most gorgeous sunsets I have seen to date.
Here are a few highlight of their gorgeous and playful storytelling session.
