I am always so excited when clients settle on an in home session.  I am such a believer that our homes are supporting characters in the story of our lives; always there, growing older and changing, breaking and being repaired, just like us.  Our homes hold our secrets, our traditions, and our memories.  So I feel honored when clients let me in to document their family in their own space, because this is where the real stuff happens.  Real stuff like little boys and legos.
