Sick Day; March 15, 2016

When my designated Day in the Life day for March rolled around I was sick.  I had a head cold.  I was also at the peak of being newly pregnant.  So that’s like being sick twice over.  And, also being newly pregnant, I was experiencing that super special level of exhaustion that can only be described as zombie-like.

I did some work, which was painfully slow going.

I got the kid to school on time.

And even though 90% of food sounded completely disgusting 90% of the time, I had a sudden and maddening desire for a burger and milkshake for lunch. It was probably the largest meal I had that week.

Then, I crawled into bed at around 10:30 which speaks volumes for a person that normally struggles to make it into bed before 1 AM.
